I will create a personalised meal plan tailored to your food preferences, health goals, and nutrition needs.

What you'll receive:

  1. 7 days worth of wholefood meal ideas that have been calculated for portions according to your lifestyle and goals, and created according to your tastes and your current dietary pattern. 
  2. Meals for one, which you can easily turn into meals for two or family meals.  
  3. An overview of key nutrients that the meal plan is providing you, including an average breakdown of macronutrients (protein, carbs and fat), and supplement recommendations if required.
  4. A daily menu which you can place on the fridge for easy viewing.
  5. A TBD Healthy Wholefood Eating Plate template to guide you when eating meals away from home. 
  6. A shopping list guide with serve sizes to use alongside the TBD Healthy Wholefood Eating Plate.
  7. Nutrition and lifestyle tips to compliment your new meal plan. 

All you need to do is:

  1. Fill out the questionnaire which you'll gain access to directly after purchasing your plan.
  2. Email it through to me (info@thebodydietetics.com.au).
  3. Once I receive your completed questionnaire, I will be in touch to clarify any answers or ask further questions if needed. That's it!

Within 3-4 business days after receiving all of the information we need, you'll receive your 7 day meal plan package via email. Easy!         



Please note: I do not create plans for anyone under the age of 16 as I do not support or believe in children and young adults following anything but their own natural hunger cues. If your child requires nutritional guidance, seek the help of a qualified Dietitian specialising in paediatrics for one-on-one, ongoing support. Parental consent is required for anyone younger than 18 desiring a plan.
