Please share a little about yourself…
I’m a lover of all things healthy and thoroughly enjoy living an active lifestyle. The fact this is the industry I work in, makes it even better!
I’m a Health & Wellbeing Business & Marketing Coach and the creator of the Australian Health & Wellness Networking Events.
I get a total buzz from taking businesses to their next level to reach their goals. I also love connecting like-minded people. It was through these skills and passions that I created Relauncher – a source for health & wellbeing solutions.
How did your business come about?
It was a lifestyle choice as well as wanting to live my passion.
I had always worked in the Corporate sector for large companies in their business & marketing departments.
I had 2 children close together, and didn’t want to go back into the Corporate scene. My husband is a partner in an Advertising Agency – so it’s long hours for him. Creating my own business to have flexible hours to allow for being a Mum was the perfect solution.
I launched Relauncher just over 4 years ago when the boys started school – best decision ever!
The most rewarding part of your job?
Seeing results and excitement from my Business Coaching Clients. I have clients ranging from just starting out, to those who have been in business for nearly 5 years.
Some come to me because they are incredibly busy. They want me to look at their business to create space & time for them – as well as formulate strategies to grow their business. ie: work smarter not harder.
Others are newbies or in the early phase and want help with creating a great foundation and generating brand awareness.
When you see the results from the coaching, it is incredibly rewarding.
I also get a huge kick out of connecting like-minded people in the industry via the Networking Events. Networking is an important element to become a successful business. I always encourage industry lovers and owners to come along. So much fun & high vibes!
What haven’t you done yet that you wish you could?
Having 2 boys and a being married to a man who grew up in the Adelaide Hills, there’s often a pull to go camping. So, this Summer I’d really love to experience glamping. I’d love to go to Paperbark Camp.

What are your top 3 tips for women looking to refresh their business?
For your business to evolve and grow, I suggest the below 6 monthly to allow your business to progress onwards and upwards!
Revisit & realign your:
a. Ensure you have a clear vision.
b. The vision is a statement of what you want the business to be.
c. Even if this is something you have worked on in the past, it’s still important this is revisited regularly to ensure the business evolves.
2. Target Market & Message
a. Be specific with your target market. Include an approx. 15 year age group, sex, lifestyle, demographic, interests, what type of work they do, location……
b. As the businesses progresses, you learn more about your target market. The more specific you can become with who your customers are, the more targeted you can be in your messaging. This helps dramatically with sales conversions.
c. Once you’ve fine-tuned your target market, relook at your key messaging. This should align with your vision statement. This is the essence of creating a strong proposition.
3. Marketing Strategies
a. Creating fun creative marketing strategies to capture attention, followers and customers is key. It’s important to be progressive and unique with your strategies – and still have a simple clear message which will translate to your desired outcome.
Your best advice for living a wholesome, healthy lifestyle?
Rise with the sun (or before the sun in Winter!). I’m a big advocate of starting the day right. Routine & exercise means it’s a productive day! Start the day as you intend to finish.
