Over 70 paleo, gluten, dairy and refined sugar free recipes! (Book Review)
I've known Emma and Carla Papas, aka The Merrymaker Sisters, for a while now. Whilst we've never had the chance to meet in person, we connect over our similar values to health and wellness. Passionate advocates for health and happiness, they're on a mission to merrymake across the world!
“We used to be in an obsessive whirlwind of fad diets, calorie counting and disorderly eating... when we changed our lifestyle to include just real, natural, delicious food, our entire world transformed. We’re here to help you feel happy and healthy inside and out.” ‑ Emma & Carla.
They generously gave me their brand new cookbook to review, and it's a cracker (paleo cracker of course!).

I made the super tasty Mexican Zoodles first (pictured above), as I've currently got a strong savoury tooth happening, and wow! What a winner! Combine simple ingredients and a little preparation, and you've got an incredible flavour punch! It's going to be a staple on our dinner rotation! ...Haha I say that like I'm organised enough to have a dinner menu to rotate!
Anyway! Just have a squizz at some of the goodies you could make, they sure made me hungry!

What's on my list to create next? It has to be either those hasselback-style potatoes, or that incredible salted caramel slice! Yum!
