Spinach And Avocado Spread

Packed with vitamin E, K and healthy fats for great skin, hair and nails, as well as healthy bones and a happy heart.


  • 5 cups baby spinach
  • 2 large avocadoes
  • ½ red onion
  • 2 tsp crushed garlic
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1/3 cup pine nuts
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dried coriander leaves
  • Juice of ½ a lemon


  • Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Please note: If you’re looking to cosy up close to someone special after having this, you may want to reduce the garlic – it packs a punch.

Serving suggestions
Serve with the Rosemary and Walnut Loaf, as an addition to poached or scrambled eggs, as a spread on sandwiches, a mix-through in salads or a dip for crackers and vegetable crudites.
