Vanilla Matcha Latte

Sip on this soothing vanilla matcha latte to get a natural energy hit, a boost to your metabolism, and an increased alertness without any headaches, shakiness or anxiety like you might from a coffee latte. Plus it will help curb your appetite!

Serves 1.

Ingredients:

1 heaped tsp Isowhey Wholefood Protein Powder

1 tsp of matcha green tea powder

125ml of coconut or almond milk (I heated mine with a milk frother)

Cinnamon to dust

Directions:

Spoon the powders into a cup.

Add boiling water filling half the cup.

Whisk or stir the powders in the water until combined.

Warm the milk and add to the tea. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve warm.
